Description:

Have you or anyone around you been confused with sexual or gender identity? LGBTQIA...What do all these letters mean? It could be difficult venturing into university life as a freshman, not to mention as a member of sexual and gender minority. What unique mental health challenges are they facing?  And what are some ways to help yourself/them?

This workshop welcomes anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+, is still questioning their sexual or gender identity, strives to become an LGBTQ+ ally, or simply wants to learn more about diversity and inclusivity in general.
