We are now inviting event booking proposals for the Main Hall of the Shaw Auditorium for the academic year 2025-26. Booking is subject to venue availability and approval from the Program Committee of Shaw Auditorium.
Eligibility for Submission: All members of the HKUST Community
Submission Deadline: Feb 28, 2025 (Fri)
